Having tried most of the shuttle services in Langebaan over the last 15 years it was time to put Albert to the test. I can categorically state that he is by a country mile the most professional and confident driver for this service. He is calm, confident and super safe, with years of long distance driving behind him he really knows what he is doing. He is that good that we use him to transfer our son to and from Cape Town on his own. Adding to this, he is also the only service that is fully licenced to perform this work and does not just have a PDP as far as I am aware. Highly recommended.

Albert and his wife was wonderful. They gave us the best rate AND excellent service.

They had to take us to the airport with 8 BIG bags, 3 Hand luggage, 3 Personal bags, a Jolley Trolley and a big box with a bicycle as we immigrated to Canada.

I think poor Albert got such a fright when he saw all that luggage but no task was too big and he helped with everything. Loading at our house and offloading at the airport. He was on time, so we did not have to rush.

There are occasions in a person’s life when somebody enters it that can only be described as been sent by God. Albert briefly entered my life when I asked him to shuttle my son from St Helena Bay to Cape Town International Airport on Saturday 29 June 2024 for a flight to Durban where I live. I had to make a booking for my son on the day of the flight, and after several hours my son and I wasted trying to get an Uber, Bolt or Airport Shuttle, we eventually managed to get Albert’s contact details from a Warrant Officer based at St Helena Police Station – another person with a compassionate soul that I have had a very brief interaction with. By the time I had contacted Albert, it had become apparent that there might be insufficient time to reach the airport from St Helena Bay on time to make the flight. Albert’s initial response confirmed this, but, after a brief pause, he said he would try to get my son to the airport on time. The period during which Albert and my son spent on the road to the airport was one of the most stressful I have had because of the many time-consuming obstacles such as road construction and traffic jams they encountered. Albert also came up with a contingency plan, which was to book my son into a hotel for the night if he missed the late evening flight. I had also made him aware that my son had never been without at least one of his parents on trips. He needed assistance. Albert did the impossible, despite numerous traffic obstacles, and went beyond the duty of any person who shuttles people to airports – he got my son to the airline counter with seconds to spare, and helped my son through the process there. My son was able to be with me that night only because of what Albert did. He is indeed a Godsend, and I will never forget what he did for my son and I. He offered a service unlike any I have encountered before.
